Welcome to my website. I'd like to give you a little background on myself.. my name is Jackie Oster and I am an independent hair stylist in Fargo, North Dakota.

 

Before pursuing cosmetology as a career, I earned a Psychology degree from Northern Arizona University. After a brief stint in graduate school, I chose to pursue my real passion, the beauty industry. In 2003, I completed my education at the New England School of Hairdressing in West Hartford, Connecticut. I started my career in reputable salons in Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to attend advanced classes in the following areas: color/color correction, hair cutting, barber styling, specialty/bridal styling and a sequence of classes toward national colorist certification. I also had the opportunity to attend several beauty shows, including the International Beauty Show in New York City.

 

I live in a historic home near downtown Fargo with my husband and our two children. When I'm not working, I can usually be found running my kids to activities; enjoying the company of friends & family; or working on our house.
